Johnny i recently stumbled upon muscle hack myself and i saw a post on there about you.
I was wondering if i could get a chance to ask you some in detail questions about how you tweaked your diet and what exactly you did. So I'm not sure if i should leave my email or how exactly this works but let me know i ll be checking back.
